Pricing varies according to the type of emails you want to send - whether from your personal address book or from our email list.

We have a one time Setup fee of $99.00 to create your personalized template and activate your account. This is due when you create your account.

Using Our Unique Real Estate Email List

If you want to take advantage of our email list to send massmails, you pay no monthly fee, you only pay when you send emails. Pricing is as follows:

Premier Locations - $50.00 for each location

FL-Cape Coral / FL-Fort Myers
FL-Bonita Springs
FL-Naples

Special: Send to all three premier locations for only $120

Florida Counties - $150.00 for any Florida County

Each additional Florida County for the same eflyer is only $50.00

Special: Send to all counties in Florida for only $800
